Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead effective CRM strategies for customer satisfaction & loyalty.Manage the CRM team for timely & proactive customer communication.Coordinate with sales, service & operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.Analyze customer data to uncover upsell & cross-sell opportunities.Ensure optimal usage of CRM software/tools.Set & track customer relationship performance metrics.Mentor and develop the CRM team.

Requirements
