The candidate should have a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a customer relationship management system for the finance department Analyze customer data and provide insights to the finance team Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations Perform financial analysis and forecasting Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Provide financial advice to customers as needed Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting 4-8 years of experience in finance or customer relationship management Strong understanding of financial regulations and policies Experience with customer relationship management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
