Handle and execute service requests, triage and diagnose incidents, and support daily platform operations
Manage client projects involving hedge fund custodians and administrators, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
Train associate-level consultants and act as an escalation point for complex issues
Monitor and manage case queue, ensuring effective prioritization and timely resolution
Collaborate with internal teams such as Development and Project Management to resolve bugs and improve client satisfaction
Advocate for product enhancements to support scalability and evolving client requirements
Support client troubleshooting aligned with incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment processes
Work closely with R&D teams to provide feedback on product supportability and platform quality
