Job Description

Role Overview: SS&C Eze is seeking a dedicated Eclipse Service Consultant to join their rapidly growing Eclipse Client Service team. As an Eclipse Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Eclipse platform, a cloud-native investment management solution. You will collaborate with clients, R&D teams, and internal stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support, while advocating for product enhancements to meet evolving client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Handle and execute service requests, triage and diagnose incidents, and assist with daily operations for the platform - Own client projects working with hedge fund custodians/administrators, as well as internal projects working with R&D - Train associates, act as an escalation point, and handle more complex or nuanced projects for more experienced consultants - Manage case queue, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely resolution of cases - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Development, Project Management, etc.) to ensure successful fixes for any bugs and achieve client satisfaction - Advocate for product enhancements to support scalability and meet evolving client needs Qualifications Required: - Recent and relevant work experience in Financial Services, Investment Technology, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in a technology or client-facing support role - Familiarity with related subject areas such as Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar - Technology troubleshooting skills and interest in technology and software support - Ability to quickly learn new processes, products, and support tools - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users - Understanding of financial markets and related processes - Experience collaborating with Software Development teams for Product Supportability, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment processes - Experience in training employees on a growing team - Understanding of account and project management best practices - Proven ability to support clients" troubleshooting requests in a timely manner - Willingness to work early shifts if required Thank you for considering this opportunity at SS&C Eze!
