They oversee the technology infrastructure that supports the business and support internal users in troubleshooting and escalating issues that impact system health. They are also responsible for setting up user systems and operating systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Responsible for day-to-day operations of mainframe computing facilities ensuring high availability including Mainframe Batch Event Monitoring & Scheduling, Mainframe Online transaction Failure Handling and Batch and first line closure of issues. 2. Responsible for Event management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfillment and Knowledge Management adherence with ITSM framework 3. Acknowledge Tickets and conduct quick triage, provide solution and close the ticket within SLA; Ensure escalation of tickets to next level according to Prose within SLA time. 4. Analyze operation failures, determine root causes, develop and implement corrective actions for efficient recovery and improve system availability. 5. Identify system operational and performance problems, develop & implement solution. 6. To work with global teams and stakeholders including PDO, Customers, internal & external Auditors, and cross functional teams 7. Participate standup meeting on daily basis and discuss operational issues 8. Actively participate in the analysis and review of proposed system configuration changes/maintenance 9. Focus on Process adherence, process improvements, knowledge management and Problem Management 10. Support efforts on Security & Control processes and Audit comments 11. Support 24/7 operations & flexible timings, Global operations support 12. Excellent verbal & written communication skills 13. Support Automation through Scripts (JCL and Rexx) & RPA(Pega) 14. Co-ordinate with Console / Zos / Storage team and PDO teams to fine tune and improve any process. 15. Monitoring and Support of Mainframe Consoles. 16. Understands system alerts as fix them as per documentation provided. 17. Shutdown and IPL the systems upon request. 18. Perform system maintenance activities upon request. 19. Manage bridge calls during incidents.

As an Informatica Production Support associate, you will be responsible for managing and providing support for Informatica suite applications. Your key responsibilities will include basic operation support management such as handling incidents, fulfilling requests, monitoring application batches, resolving abends, and ensuring adherence to critical business SLAs. You will collaborate with various application, business, and infrastructure groups to troubleshoot application issues and perform functionality and impact analysis for new projects, enhancements, and upgrades. Additionally, you will be required to perform bug fixes and minor enhancements on demand. Experience Requirement: 6-8 years of experience with RPG programming language and AS400 application support. Extensive experience with Synon/COOL:2E for application development and enhancement. Experience using TURNOVER for change management. Proven track record in incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to enhance and support legacy applications independently. Education: Any Graduation.

Strong Communication Skills 1-2 years relevant experience The primary Service Desk Agent role is that of providing first level support through taking calls, chats, web tickets and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests, using the incident and request fulfillment process in line with the Service desk objectives. Provide technical assistance and support for clients and partners via call, chat and web Co-ordinate incident resolution to ensure all problems are handled appropriately and in a timely manner Demonstrate technical understanding of the products and services in our support catalog Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients always focusing on their satisfaction Take ownership and accountability of an incident from start through to a successful resolution, following up where needed and communicating to the client Escalate issues and involve a ESS or Team Leaders whenever required in order to solve problems as quick as possible Maintains and consistently demonstrates the core values of client centricity along with the knowledge of the Banks processes and practices to ensure driving the best User Experience.
