As a Zoho Admin, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, and layouts. - Implement automation rules, validation rules, and custom functions to enhance efficiency. - Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications (Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, etc.) and third-party tools (via APIs). - Lead CRM migration, data imports/exports, and system upgrades. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions. - Streamline NGO processes using Zoho CRM features. - Provide training sessions and create user documentation for team members. - Troubleshoot system issues and act as the go-to resource for CRM-related queries. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Administrator/Consultant minimum 1 year. - Strong understanding of Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Campaigns, Desk, Books, Analytics, Flow, etc.). - Proficiency in workflow automation. - Experience in API integrations and third-party software connections. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Excellent communication and training skills.,
