Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and enhance our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maintain CRM data, support customer communication strategies, and improve customer engagement through campaigns and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate and updated customer information.
Coordinate with sales and marketing to align CRM activities with business goals.
Monitor and analyze customer data, generate reports, and provide insights.
Execute and track email, SMS, and automation campaigns through the CRM.
Create, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to CRM usage.
Segment customers for targeted outreach and follow-ups.
Identify areas to improve customer experience and support workflow automation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a CRM-related role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
