Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete customer journey post-sales until handover.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely completion of documentation and handover processes.
  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Ensure all payments, agreements, and possession formalities are completed as per timelines.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Support in handover events, site readiness, and final inspections
