Job Description

As a Customer Relations Manager (CRM) at a car dealership, your role is crucial in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will handle complaints, provide excellent service, and gather feedback to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues and complaints, acting as a goodwill ambassador for the dealership. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback, conducting quality assurance surveys, and implementing strategies to improve service delivery. - Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. - Working closely with sales, marketing, and service departments to ensure a cohesive and optimized customer experience. - Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in the dealership's products and services. - Preparing monthly reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and other relevant metrics to inform management. - Staying updated on customer relationship management best practices and technological innovations to enhance customer service processes. To excel in this role, you will need the following essential skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal staff. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively. - A deep understanding of customer needs, coupled with a commitment to providing excellent service. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer records and inquiries. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends to stay competitive. - Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and motivate customer service teams. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Selam, Tamil Nadu. The education requirement is Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in CRM software.
