We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to oversee the integration and management of all client projects on the Go High-Level platform, ensuring streamlined CRM operations and delivering exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Integration and Management:
• Oversee the integration and management of all client projects on the Go High-Level platform.
• Ensure the seamless operation of the CRM system (application) to enhance internal efficiencies and client satisfaction.
• Lead Management:
• Support clients with effective lead management strategies, ensuring optimal tracking, nurturing, and conversion.
• Monitor lead pipelines and ensure accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Customization and Optimization:
• Customize CRM software to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Identify and implement enhancements to optimize workflows and user experiences.
• Client Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for client CRM-related needs.
• Provide training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to clients for effective CRM utilization.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and project management, to align CRM strategies with company goals.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Regularly evaluate CRM system performance and recommend improvements.
• Generate and analyze reports to track client and internal metrics, ensuring alignment with KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
