Job Description

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to build new, long-term connections.
  • Lead Management: Manage incoming leads, qualify them, and follow up to convert them into customers.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and data.
  • Strategy Implementation: Implement and refine strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
