Job Description

Generating Leads: Identifying potential customers and contacting them to discuss products or services. Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to prospect clients and engaging in sales conversations. Sales & Upselling: Persuading clients to purchase products or services, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Order Processing: Taking and processing customer orders accurately. Inbound Call Handling: Handling incoming calls from customers, answering questions, and resolving issues. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and overall performance. Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards and achieving predetermined sales targets. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and support Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
