Crm Executive

We are seeking a proactive CRM Implementation Manager with 1 year of experience to manage and support CRM implementation across business functions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, configuring CRM systems, and ensuring smooth adoption to enhance customer relationship management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end CRM implementation and rollout

Gather business requirements from sales, operations, HR, and management teams

Configure CRM modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports

Coordinate data migration, testing, and system validation

Support CRM users and provide training and documentation

Monitor CRM performance and recommend improvements

Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

Ensure timely project delivery and system adoption

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM implementation or CRM project support

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar

Good understanding of sales pipeline, customer lifecycle, and reporting

Strong communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of CRM customization and workflow automation

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

CRM certification (Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot / Dynamics)

Experience in training end users and handling UAT

Basic knowledge of integrations, APIs, or data management

Experience working in trading, contracting, or manpower industries

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Diploma or certification in CRM systems / Software Applications / Project Management will be an added advantage

CRM platform certifications (Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot / Microsoft Dynamics) are preferred but not mandatory

Work Details

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

(Qatar & Saudi standard working week; GCC holidays & calendar followed)

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (India Time)

Weekly Off: Friday
