Maintain records of material, manpower, and site-related expenses for each project. Reconcile bank statements with internal records regularly. Help prepare TDS, VAT/GST returns in coordination with senior staff. Organize bills, site expense reports, and payment vouchers for audit purposes. Collect and verify site reports, expense summaries, and material usage reports. Manage and account for petty cash used on project sites. Process vendor bills, verify GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and support payment processing. Assist in preparing client invoices and following up on receivables.
