Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haryana, India, for a CRM Executive. In this role, the CRM Executive will manage customer relationships, ensure efficient communication, and handle client inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining the customer database, analyzing customer data for insights, creating reports, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement strategies. The CRM Executive will also play a critical role in troubleshooting and solving customer issues efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and experience in data management Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive insights from customer data and create comprehensive reports Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Experience in problem-solving and handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement Relevant experience in customer service or CRM roles Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
