Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized CRM Executive to manage and maintain relationships with our existing and potential customers through telecalling and basic CRM operations. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to provide timely updates to the senior management. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions via phone (inbound and outbound calls) Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with customers Maintain customer records Assist in customer queries and ensure resolution or escalation as required Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead follow-ups Prepare basic reports and share timely updates with seniors Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers at all times Key Requirements (Must-Have): Female candidates preferred Basic knowledge of English Basic computer skills (MS Office (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Data Entry) Minimum graduate in any stream Good communication and telecalling skills Ability to maintain and update records accurately Responsible and punctual with reporting updates to seniors Additional Preferred Qualities (Nice to Have): Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or CRM roles Ability to multitask and handle pressure
