JAIPUR ETHNIC is hiring a CRM Executive to manage customer records, coordinate enquiries, and support internal teams with accurate data handling.
The role focuses on maintaining customer information, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, operations, and customers.

This is a full-time, in-house position based in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer data in CRM or internal systems
Record and track enquiries received from phone, website, or other channels
Coordinate follow-ups with sales and support teams
Update order status and customer interaction records
Prepare basic daily and weekly reports
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer information

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of CRM systems or Excel
Good organisational and data-management skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
Clear communication skills
Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a CRM Executive, MIS Executive, or similar role
Experience in sales support or customer coordination preferred
Familiarity with digital or e-commerce environments is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
