About the Company – EbeelabzLocated in Palarivattom, Ernakulam, Ebeelabz is a fast-growing, tech-driven company specializing in FASTag services, GPS tracking solutions, vehicle cameras, and digital automobile innovations. With a strong presence in Kerala, we are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate professionals to join our growth journey. Key Responsibilities Manage and update CRM system with accuracy. Assist in customer data entry, tracking, and reporting. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for follow-ups and lead management. Provide basic support to clients via calls, emails, or CRM updates. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Desired Profile Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel. Interest in learning CRM tools and customer management. Strong communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
