Qualification: Any graduate/MBA Marketing
Experience: 3 to 5 years.Openings: 4Job Description:-Raising demand and collecting funds from customers as per the demand raised.-Visit Bank, Customer Homes for collection of Cash / Check.-In-dependably handle all project collection.-Visit the customer and collect the overdue amount.-Maintain a relationship with the customer and follow-up with him for timely.-Customer Life Cycle Management.-Handling & counseling of cancellations, interest payments etc.-Prepare & submit MIS with regards to customer complaints, queries & requests resolved/answered.-Ensure feedback given to the management in order to keep track of customer deliverable.-To ensure adequate support to customers for assistance in bank loans, registration of property.
