As a CRM Executive at Cancer Healer Center (CHC), located in Delhi, Okhla Phase -2, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing customer relationships within the healthcare industry, specifically focusing on Cancer Treatment Services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for patients and their families throughout their cancer treatment journey. Your duties will include overseeing and maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate patient information and smooth data flow across various departments. You will be required to track and monitor all patient inquiries, providing prompt responses and resolving concerns with empathy and care. Additionally, developing and executing patient communication strategies, personalized follow-ups, and appointment reminders will be essential to enhance the overall patient experience. Analyzing patient behavior and treatment feedback will be a key aspect of your role, enabling you to provide actionable insights to improve service delivery and enhance patient satisfaction. Collaboration with medical, marketing, and support teams is vital to ensure consistent and patient-centered communication. Continuous review and refinement of CRM processes will also be necessary to improve patient retention and optimize their journey through CHC's treatment services. To qualify for this position, you need to have completed Any Graduation and possess 1-2 years of experience in CRM or patient service roles, preferably within a healthcare setting. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Practo, or other healthcare CRM software is desirable. Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on patient empathy, are essential. Additionally, you should have strong analytical abilities to generate insights and improve processes. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary based on experience.
