We are now hiring a dynamic and result-driven CRM Executive to strengthen our customer relationship and support team. Job Description We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with dealers and customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers Handle customer calls, emails, and service queries professionally Maintain customer database and follow up for feedback Coordinate with service and sales teams for issue resolution Assist in post-sales support and warranty management Generate daily reports and update CRM systems Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Preferred in Business/Admin/Marketing) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel) Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability Freshers with good communication skills can also apply Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based Incentives Supportive work environment Growth opportunities within the company Training and mentorship provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: Alappuzha, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person
