We are committed to fulfilling the requirements of prestigious defense projects and other critical applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Executive cum Secretary located in Coimbatore. The CRM Executive cum Secretary will be responsible for managing customer relationships, retention, and experience. The role involves handling sales activities, supporting customer inquiries, and maintaining customer databases. Additional responsibilities include providing secretarial support, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and assisting in administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills and Customer Experience management
  • Customer Retention and Communication skills
  • Sales experience and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor of Engineering EEE, ECE and EIE (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the aviation or manufacturing industry (preferred)
