Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team at Chemmanur International Holidays and Resorts in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring excellent client servicing, and supporting sales and marketing teams with CRM tools and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the customer database (CRM) with up-to-date client information.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in developing CRM campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
• Generate reports and insights from CRM tools to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and either Tamil or Telugu (mandatory).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
