CRM Executive

As a candidate for the position based in Gurgaon, your primary responsibilities will include responding to user inquiries and delivering timely and effective support across various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. You will play a crucial role in assisting users to comprehend product features and functionalities. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing daily operations utilizing the internal company CRM tool. Having strong communication skills in English is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in the ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service industry. A salary range of 1 Lac to 3 Lac P.A. can be expected for this position. The minimum educational qualification required is an Other Bachelor Degree.
