CRM Executive

You should have proven experience of 0-1 year in customer support or technical support roles, preferably with a focus on Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems. A strong understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc., is required. You should be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-centric approach are essential. Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools is expected. Odoo certification(s) is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred. Your responsibilities will include providing first-line support to clients via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions. You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Odoo modules, configurations, and integrations. Guiding clients through the implementation and setup of Odoo modules will be part of your role. You will collaborate closely with our development and implementation teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Documenting support cases, solutions provided, and follow-up actions in our CRM system is a crucial aspect of the job. Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize clients" use of Odoo through training and best practices advice is also expected. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles. Using the Helpdesk or Support modules in Odoo to handle pre-sales and post-sales inquiries and support requests will be a part of your daily tasks. Customers can submit inquiries through various channels, and support agents can manage and resolve them efficiently.
