Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data in the CRM system.
Work closely with Sales, Support, and Billing teams to ensure updated and correct customer information.
Manage and clean customer records: merging duplicates, updating contact details, and performing regular data verification.
Review subscription validity, end dates, and process renewals or validation extensions.
Conduct customer interviews to gather feedback, identify issues, and support product improvement.
Monitor customer activity and interactions to identify inactive or unhappy customers and support retention strategies.
