Role Description

The CRM (Backend) role at OGAAN INDIA PVT. LTD. involves managing and optimizing CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive sales strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, identifying trends, developing actionable insights, and implementing CRM campaigns to improve customer relationships and retention. The role will require coordination with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
• Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration across teams
• Project Management skills to ensure timely and efficient completion of CRM initiatives
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the luxury retail sector is a plus
