Role Overview: As a CRM (Backend) at OGAAN INDIA PVT. LTD., your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize CRM systems to improve customer experience and support sales strategies. This includes analyzing customer data, spotting trends, developing insights, and executing CRM campaigns to enhance customer relationships and retention. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to guarantee smooth communication and project implementation. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi.
