Job Description

Our CRM associate are responsible for strategizing, coordinating and executing customer engagement and customer retention marketing campaigns at Zingbus.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and report on end-to-end CRM marketing campaigns for conversion and customer retention
Coordinate with the Zingbus product, brand, and analytics teams to gather campaign requirements and feedback
Leverage A/B testing on content, creative designs, customer personas, and Zingbus services to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance continuously and provide recommendations for improvements
