Role Overview

Customer Service & Sales Support

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  inbound & outbound customer calls

  with professionalism and courtesy
• Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions
• Support the

  sales team

  in lead follow-up and client coordination
• Learn and practice effective

  client engagement & relationship management

• Maintain and update customer databases and records accurately
• Provide feedback from customers to enhance service quality

Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline

• Experience:

  Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills in

  Hindi & English

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM preferred)
• Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
