Job Description

Role & responsibilities CRM Configuration & Customization: Set up and configure the LeadSquared CRM to support business processes, including customizing fields, forms, lead capture workflows, and user roles. Implement and manage automated workflows, rules, and triggers to streamline operations. Configure sales pipelines, deal stages, and lead scoring to align with the organization's sales process. User Management & Support: Manage user roles, permissions, and access levels within the CRM. Provide ongoing support to end-users by answering queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving CRM-related problems. Create and deliver training materials, workshops, and one-on-one training sessions to ensure effective CRM usage across teams. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data integrity within the CRM by overseeing data imports, exports, and integrations with other platforms. Set up and manage reports and dashboards to track CRM performance, sales performance, and lead conversion rates. Provide regular analysis and insights on CRM data to improve sales and marketing strategies. System Integration & Automation: Integrate LeadSquared CRM with other business applications (e.g., telephony platforms, marketing automation tools). Implement and manage automation for lead capturing, nurturing, and scoring to increase sales efficiency and customer engagement. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting: Monitor the system for any issues, performance bottlenecks, or outages and provide quick resolutions. Continuously evaluate the system for enhancements and new features that can improve business processes. Collaboration & Strategic Support: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to gather feedback and adjust CRM configurations as necessary. Serve as the main point of contact for all CRM-related queries and provide strategic input on how the CRM can best support business goals. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a CRM Administrator, particularly with LeadSquared CRM, or similar CRM systems (e.g.HubSpot). Hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and customizing CRM systems. Experience in data management, integrations, and creating reports within CRM platforms. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM functionality, workflows, and automation. Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and third-party software tools used with CRM systems. Experience with SQL, data manipulation, or scripting languages for advanced CRM configuration is a plus. Analytical Skills: Ability to generate meaningful reports and analyze CRM data to optimize sales, marketing, and customer service processes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills for training and supporting end-users. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. LeadSquared CRM certification (or similar CRM platform certifications) is highly desirable. This role combines technical expertise in CRM management with an understanding of business processes, aiming to maximize the value and effectiveness of the LeadSquared CRM system.
