Role Summary:

CRM System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management

  • Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and clean records.
  • Configure and customize CRM software Dynamics
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Project based work with Marketing team regarding new fields, etc.

System Maintenance & Configuration

  • Configure and customize CRM software – Dynamics
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Perform regular system updates and integrations including Real Time Marketing

User Support

  • Provide technical support to users. (Marketing/Growth/Others)
  • Develop training materials
  • Create documentation and user guides.

Workflow Automation

  • Implement and maintain CRM integrations with other tools (e.g., email, marketing automation, Third party AI tools, etc.).

Skills Required:

CRM software expertise - Dynamics

Data management and analysis skills

Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
