We are Hiring For Reputed Corporate Hospital Job Title : Consultant / Specialist – Critical Care Medicine Department: Critical Care / Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Hyderabad city Reports To: Head of Department / Medical Director Qualifications DM / DNB in Critical Care Medicine OR MD (Anaesthesia / Internal Medicine / Pulmonology / Emergency Medicine) with additional qualification: IDCCM (Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine) FICCM (Fellowship in Indian College of Critical Care Medicine) Experience 1–5 years post-qualification experience in ICU/Critical Care settings preferred Fresh graduates with fellowships may also apply Job Responsibilities Round-the-clock management of critically ill patients in ICU/High Dependency Unit Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures (e.g., intubation, central line, arterial line, bronchoscopy, etc.) Interpret lab results, imaging, and clinical parameters for ICU patients Lead and coordinate Code Blue and rapid response teams Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (surgery, nephrology, pulmonology, etc.) Supervise and train ICU residents, nurses, and technicians Documentation and compliance with clinical protocols and hospital policies Involvement in infection control practices and audits Contribute to research, audits, and academic programs of the ICU Skills Required Expertise in mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and bedside procedures Strong clinical decision-making and emergency response skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-disciplinary team Shift & Duty Pattern Rotational shifts, including night duties, if required On-call support depending on hospital policy Skills: critical care medicine,dnb,ability to work under pressure,clinical decision-making,communication,dm,interpersonal skills,mechanical ventilation,emergency response,ficcm,multi-disciplinary teamwork,bedside procedures,hemodynamic monitoring,idccm Show more Show less
