Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Trainer, located in Mumbai. The Crew Trainer will be responsible for providing hands-on training and guidance to team members to develop their skills and competencies. Daily tasks include delivering training sessions, monitoring crew performance, evaluating progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Crew Trainer will also assist in creating training plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Strong training and coaching skills, including the ability to effectively communicate, guide, and motivate teams
Proficiency in developing and delivering training modules, with a focus on hands-on and practical learning
Experience in monitoring, assessing, and improving team performance
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple training assignments
Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
Familiarity with industry-specific standards and procedures is a plus
Prior experience in a similar role or relevant field is a valuable asset
Bachelor’s degree or vocational certification in a related field is preferred
