Crew Member

• Front-of-House (Customer-Facing)

These responsibilities focus on the guest experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.

• Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, answering menu questions, and handling complaints or special requests with a positive attitude.
• Order Taking & Cashiering: Accurately entering orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash/card transactions, and managing receipts.
• Serving & Running: Delivering food and beverages to tables (or counters) promptly while ensuring accuracy (e.g., checking for correct sides or modifiers).
• Dining Area Maintenance: Bussing tables (clearing dirty dishes), wiping down surfaces, arranging chairs, and ensuring the condiment station is stocked.

• Back-of-House (Kitchen & Support)

These duties ensure the restaurant operates smoothly behind the scenes.

• Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients (mise en place) before the rush begins.
• Cooking & Assembly: Operating grills, fryers, or ovens; assembling sandwiches, salads, or plated meals according to standard recipes and safety guidelines.
• Dishwashing & Sanitation: Operating the dish pit, washing pots/pans manually, and ensuring all utensils and plates are sanitized for reuse.
• Stocking & Inventory: Rotating stock (First-In, First-Out method), restocking fridges/shelves during the shift, and alerting management when supplies are low.

• General Operational Duties

These apply to all crew members regardless of their specific station.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Strictly following food safety regulations (e.g., washing hands, wearing hairnets/gloves) and maintaining a hazard-free workspace (cleaning spills immediately).
• Opening & Closing Tasks: Setting up stations before opening (brewing coffee, prepping sauces) and deep cleaning after closing (mopping floors, cleaning grease traps, securing cash).
• Team Collaboration: Communicating clearly with colleagues (e.g., calling out "Hot behind!" or "Order up!") to prevent accidents and bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 42 – 63 per week
