Minimum Qualifications: - Graduates/Undergraduates with 1-10 years of International BPO calling experience. - Excellent Communication Skills. - Comfortable working in a 24/7 work environment. - Responsible for maximizing recovery on Card Members" accounts through Inbound/Outbound calls. - Analyze risks associated with customer accounts, making informed decisions to ensure recovery while upholding high customer satisfaction levels. - Aim to meet and exceed metrics on transactional quality, compliance regulations, and productivity as per set goals.
