As a Model/Analysis/Validation Intermediate Analyst at Citigroup, your role involves dealing with most problems independently and integrating in-depth specialty area knowledge with industry standards. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and validating risk measurement and analysis methods for various risk types and supporting the design and delivery of best-in-class Risk programs. **Responsibilities:** - Develop, enhance, and validate methods for measuring and analyzing risk for all risk types - Support the design, development, and delivery of best-in-class Risk programs, policies, and practices - Review analytics and models to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements - Identify potential risks and escalate for further review - Assist with reconciliation procedures and prepare routine correspondence - Create and maintain reports for control, tracking, and analysis purposes - Work with senior staff in investigating and responding to customer and operational complaints You will need to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions and demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation by driving compliance with laws and regulations. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Self-motivated and detail-oriented - Demonstrated project management and organizational skills **Education:** - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience In this role, you will have a moderate but direct impact on the business's core activities, and the quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of your team and other closely related teams.
