Credit Relationship Manager - Partnership and Alliance

As an experienced professional in the NBFC/BFSI sector with exposure to credit and partner management, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day coordination with partner teams to ensure smooth credit operations. - Monitor portfolio performance and assist in maintaining portfolio quality. - Support in collection follow-ups on overdue cases in coordination with partner teams. - Prepare and maintain basic MIS/data for review. - Periodically visit partner offices to strengthen relationships and ensure process alignment. - Provide support to cross-functional teams in partner-related activities as required. To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 25 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector with exposure to credit and partner management. - Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills. - Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS. - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS.
