Relationship Manager - Home Loans

As a Home Loan Sales Specialist, you will utilize your negotiation skills to source affordable home loan products. Your responsibilities will include empanelment of Direct Selling Agents (DSA) and attracting customers for Home Loans through open market channels and developer relationships. Your main focus will be on establishing the organization's brand and overseeing sales and business development activities specifically for Home Loans, with an emphasis on the affordable/mass affluent segments in the designated locations. It is essential for you to possess a solid knowledge and comprehension of the local affordable/mass affluent markets, as well as the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). Your role will involve ensuring the seamless operation of the lending process across various stages including inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of a loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, and providing customer service to both new and existing customers.,
