As a Relationship Manager - Home loans, you will be requiring to make decisions based on customer profiles and ensuring timely resolution for home loan sanction and disbursements.
Your responsibilities will include:1) Generating Leads for home loan by handling customer concerns and finding the best resolution to help generate revenue2) Collaborating with customers and other stakeholders (such as Bank, Sales, collections, service, etc.) to resolve customer cases and generate home loan leads for sanction and disbursements.3) Providing exceptional service and demonstrating empathy while interacting with customers.4) Ensure customer satisfaction and a hassle-free loan experience for the customers.Qualifications and Skills:- Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in any customer experience team. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams.Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and professionalism
