Job Description

Job Title: Credit / Underwriting / Sanction Executive (Fintech Domain)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: B.Com or equivalent (Commerce background preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate loan applications as per company’s credit policy and make quick, accurate underwriting decisions.
Perform KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.), bank statement analysis, and CIBIL report assessment.
Detect and prevent fraudulent activities using data and document verification tools.
Manage loan disbursement process independently — verify cases and collect customer documents as required.
Support in customer pitching and product explanation when needed.
Work closely with the team to maximize collections and minimize defaults.

Preferred Profile:

Prior experience in Fintech NBFC / Banking Fintech (especially Payday Loan segment).
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of credit underwriting, KYC norms, and fraud detection tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
