Credit Manager-Loan Against Property (LAP)-Credit

As a Credit Manager, your role involves loan underwriting for secured, unsecured, working capital, and LAP. You will be responsible for evaluating and processing end-to-end loan applications within agreed TAT timelines. Your key responsibilities include: - Timely clearance of open audit queries and quality control checks - Timely completion of Vendor Management related activities - Providing support to the Business Plan by ensuring quick turnaround of New and Existing proposals while optimizing returns within Risk Appetite - Conducting stock audits as per the Stock audit plan through empaneled vendors - Analyzing and reviewing reports, highlighting observations to the Management, and taking necessary actions - Handling different MISs of Portfolio - Monitoring churning and overdue in accounts - Processing bills of empaneled vendors for service rendered - Coordinating with empaneled vendors, resolving any issues - Collaborating with Business team, Credit teams, etc., as per the requirement - Approving or rejecting loan requests based on credibility, potential revenues, and losses - Calculating and setting interest rates - Negotiating loan terms with clients - Maintaining records of loan applications Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field - Proven experience in credit management or a similar role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Knowledge of financial regulations and risk management principles If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, kindly provide them for a more comprehensive understanding of the role.,
