Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Credit Executive and Operations professional. The role is based in Jaipur, India. The Credit Executive and Operations professional will be responsible for assessing creditworthiness, overseeing credit transactions, managing operations, performing risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, preparing financial reports, participating in team meetings, and working closely with the finance and operations teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Experience in Operations and Operations Management
• Analytical Skills to assess creditworthiness and manage risk
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream
• Prior experience in the NBFC or banking sector is a plus
