Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Controller/Payment Recovery Specialist located in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for tracking customer accounts, managing overdue accounts, initiating collection activities, and resolving payment discrepancies. The role involves consistent communication with clients to ensure timely payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records. The specialist will also coordinate with the finance team to report progress on accounts receivable. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Communication skills Experience with Heavy Equipment and Maintenance Knowledge of Carpentry Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in the construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
