Credit Control Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with agents, vendors, and clients for timely payment collections.
• Maintain strong working relationships with B2B travel agents to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Track and manage Accounts Receivable and Payable with accuracy.
• Assist in processing refunds by coordinating with operations and suppliers.
• Support the finance/credit control team in daily activities and ensure accuracy in collections and data handling.
• Perform regular reconciliations of agent and vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies.
• Help implement collection strategies and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to validate credit terms and ensure payment compliance.
• Liaise with airlines and suppliers for account settlements and dispute resolutions.
• Contribute to improving collection processes and overall financial efficiency.
