Credit Collections Analyst

You will be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers with outstanding balances, providing them with information about their accounts, and working with them to resolve any issues. Your role as a Credit Collections Analyst at _VOIS will require excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding balances - Provide customers with information about their accounts - Work with customers to resolve any issues - Document all interactions with customers - Update account information in systems - Follow up on any promises or commitments made during calls - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues Qualifications Required: - 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and attention to detail skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Previous experience in collections or related field - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets The primary goal of your role will be to limit revenue dilution by stopping leakage throughout the CTC process and recovering lost opportunities on orders/sales with minimal impact to bad debt. You will be required to perform activities as per timelines, provide support to local markets, ensure audit requirements are met, compile and analyze reports, and provide proposals for corrective actions within the required business unit. Additionally, you will enhance customer experience by resolving queries timely, supporting local markets and internal teams, adhering to GPO timelines and initiatives, and liaising with internal teams like AP and Treasury.
