Job Description

As a Collections Analyst / Senior Analyst / Lead Analyst in Nagpur, Maharashtra with 1 to 6 years of experience, your role involves: - Escalating unresolved or complex issues to senior team members. - Assisting in reconciling customer accounts with the cash application team. - Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring timely collections. - Analyzing aging reports and prioritizing collection efforts based on risk. - Coordinating with billing, sales, and customer service to resolve disputes. - Monitoring credit limits and flagging high-risk accounts for review. - Handling escalated accounts and high-value customers with complex issues. - Collaborating with credit control and legal teams for risk mitigation. - Driving reduction in DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and bad debt. - Mentoring junior analysts and supporting their development. - Presenting collection performance insights to leadership. You should have basic knowledge of systems like SAP, Oracle, or GetPaid for ERP/Collections Tool Familiarity.,
