Job Description

As a Collections Assistant at Get Paid, your role involves assisting with collection efforts for smaller customers within an established portfolio. You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as invoice delivery, researching and updating contact information, and resolving problems/disputes. Your collection efforts will primarily be conducted via email, with escalation to a more experienced Credit & Collection Analyst for complex situations. It is essential for you to be comfortable working with multiple ERP systems simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Review collection history (20% of time) - Research contact information (10% of time) - Follow up on past due balances (30% of time) - Properly document all problems/disputes in Get Paid (40% of time) Qualifications Required: - 2 to 10 years of experience in a related field - Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills - Attention to detail If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your resume with hemamalini.dhanasekaran@cbts.com.
