The executive must achieve monthly sales targets, ensure accurate KYC documentation, and deliver excellent customer service. Strong communication, persuasive selling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals. Present and explain credit card features, benefits, and offers to customers. Convert prospects into successful credit card applications. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Perform accurate KYC verification and documentation. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow compliance, company policies, and RBI guidelines. Provide after-sales service and support to customers. Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM tools.
