Role Summary:

Credit Associate (Loan Officer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers who have incomplete loan documentation to assist in completing their application.
• Guide customers through the documentation process via the app or collect the required documents directly.
• Follow up consistently to ensure timely submission of documents and completion of the loan process.
• Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems.
• Track and manage daily follow-up tasks, ensuring targets and timelines are met.
• Provide clear and detailed instructions to customers regarding documentation requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Maintain records of all customer interactions and document progress in the CRM.
• Assist with any additional tasks related to loan processing as required by the team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (Graduate) in any field.
• Proven experience in customer service, tele-calling, or loan processing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
• Proficient in using CRM software or willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow up consistently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Previous experience in a financial services or FinTech company is preferred.
